Due to scammers some people turn there online status to friends only, this means only people on there friends list can see there online. Try adding another member of clan and have them message the person ingame to let them know you want to add them.
What Requirements Are Required TO Join Or Participate In Clan.
Any Levels Or Membership Status can join but members have a easier time in clan. Members have alot more options available then free to play so they can join in on more events, as well as help out at clan citadel. Free to play can still be a active member of clan but will have a harder time due to the limited options available to free to play players in runescape.

Ranks, Gimme Those Ranks.
Ranks Are given through various acts which help the clan on a daily basis. Officers Will notice and summit a report to Loco Locust about what you did over the past week that makes you worthy of the rank. He will agree or disagree assessment and promote or demote. Activitys that help improve likelyhood of Improving rank include Recruiting, Joining Events, Talking, Helping Others, Visiting and Collecting Resources At Clan Citadel, Being Mature and Respectable, Being Active.
